High-Efficiency Refrigeration Systems

Our Manufacturing division produces high-density polyurethane (PUF/PIR) sandwich panels and pre-assembled cold store rooms for logistics, food processing, and medical sectors.

To address eco-compliance and lower energy overheads, we design systems utilizing state-of-the-art **Refrigerant Coolants**:
• Synthetic HFC/HFO Blends: R-448A and R-407F (highly energy efficient, low Global Warming Potential alternatives to R-404A).
• Natural Refrigerants: Carbon Dioxide (CO₂ / R-744) and Ammonia (NH₃ / R-717) for mega distribution hubs, yielding zero ozone-depleting impacts.

Eco-Friendly Thermal Core

Our panels use pentane-blown CFC-free polyurethane cores, offering exceptional thermal values with zero ozone-depletion potential (ODP).

Walk-In Cold Rooms & Freezers

Custom dimensions, dual-temperature zoning, anti-slip aluminum flooring, and strip curtains designed for high-frequency loading.
Insulated Sandwich Panels

PUF/PIR cores (50mm to 200mm thickness), cam-lock interlocking joints, and food-safe pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI) cladding.
Industrial Refrigeration Units

Copeland or Bitzer hermetic/semi-hermetic compressor units, air-cooled condensers, and programmable digital temperature controllers.
